Refund Policy

At FollowThroughHeal, we aim to provide supportive and valuable services focused on helping clients improve consistency and follow-through with their health goals. This Refund Policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

Payments

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment confirms your spot and commitment to the service.

Refunds

Due to the nature of coaching and support services, refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • No refunds will be issued for completed sessions

  • Partial refunds may be considered if services have not yet been fully delivered

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable

Packages & Monthly Plans

For any multi-session or monthly plans:

  • Services must be used within the agreed timeframe

  • Unused sessions may expire and are non-refundable unless otherwise discussed

Free Trial Sessions

Free trial sessions are provided as a one-time opportunity and are non-transferable.

Exceptions

Exceptions may be made in special circumstances at the discretion of FollowThroughHeal.
